I provide both face-to-face training and online course development. I specialise on providing training for journal editors (see the Medical Editors page, and my online course for all journal editors).
I also provide training and presentations for publishers and editors on the following topics, adapted to meet the needs of the target audience. Ideally all workshops are fully intereactive with debate and discussion to enable participants to examine issues of particular interest to them.

I train regularly for the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) on developing a journal, introduction to copyright, introduction to publishing, bibliometrics and managing the editorial office - these course are aimed at publishers (not editors).
I provide regular training for KnowledgeE, working with groups in different middle eastern countries, for example I have run workshops in Egypt, Dubai and Azerbaijan to help develop their journals and meet international standards.
I have provided regular training events in China and Korea for a variety of organizations, and a series of outreach workshops for Crossref (in China, Lithuania and South Africa).
